INTRODUCTION (Please read through all instructions)

ENPC is a 2 day (6.5hr day) course, that includes instructor-led classroom discussions, skill stations, games and other interactive exercises  (CURRENTLY VIA ONLINE LIVE ZOOM WEBINAR)  

Accurate assessment of a child with acute illness or injury requires special knowledge and skills. This course, taught by qualified emergency nurses, is designed to provide the core-level pediatric knowledge and psychomotor skills needed to properly assess and implement evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes for this high-risk patient population.

Prerequisites
Participants must be an RN and possess a current unrestricted nursing license to receive verification
LPNs and paramedics are eligible to attend all portions of the course except for the written and psychomotor evaluations. For this reason, they do not receive verification, but are awarded contact hours. 

Textbook: Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) Provider Manual, 6th Edition (current edition) is required; printed and e-book are available through your course director during registration.

This 6th edition ENPC provider course has been approved for 19.5 contact hours.

WHEN ENROLLING IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT IF YOU HAVE HAD AN EMAIL WITH ENA, PREVIOUSLY OR CURRENT, MAKE SURE TO USE THAT YOU ENROLL WITH THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 

Look for an email from ENA containing your link to precourse modules.

To complete your course registration you must follow the link you will receive from ENA. Open the link in GOOGLE CHROME only. DO NOT use your phone, it should be done on computer.  This link is non-transferable and only applies to your enrollment. This link will provide you access to the required pre-course modules that must be completed for the start of class.  (you do not have to purchase anything!)

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

We understand that situations beyond your control may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your class.

RESCHEDULE:

Please provide written notice of the need to reschedule no less than 24hrs prior to class start time.

Your new course date must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original class date.{consideration will be given to extreme emergencies at the descretion of ET2} 

CANCELLATIONS: Please provide written notice at least ten (10) business days prior to your class to allow us to fill your spot. If you are unable to provide at least ten (10) business days written notice to cancel your seat in class, a charge of 50% of the course fee and a $25 refund fee will be assessed at the time of cancellation.

• Cancellation or no-show on the day of class will result in forfeiture of entire course fee. 
• You will be required to pay the full course fee for a new class date.
